BIFD celebrates 30 years

The British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD) celebrated its 30th anniversary in a day of activities at the Park Inn Hotel in West Bromwich.

A meeting for the Midlands Region was followed by an educational session and rounded off with an informal dinner to celebrate the significant birthday.

The evening festivities were an opportunity for a number of past presidents to meet up and reminisce. Money raised from the raffle went towards the president’s charity, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, which also benefited from the proceeds of guests being invited to roll pound coins to win a bottle of whisky.
