At the Heart of England Co-operative Funeralcare we are an, independent, regional Co-operative Society operating through 14 funeral homes in Coventry, Warwickshire, South Leicestershire and Northamptonshire serving our clients families to the very highest standards with our committed team of experienced professionals.

About the role:

Ensuring the highest standards in client care are delivered throughout.

Leadership and management of colleagues.

Contribution to the strategic plan and assisting in implementation of key initiatives to develop and promote our business.

Mentoring colleagues by assisting them to develop.

Effectively building relationships at all levels within the funeral division and with external stake-holders, professional intermediaries and supply partners.

About you:

2-3 years previous experience in a Senior Management role operating in a medium sized business.

Capable of ensuring delivery of exceptional Client Service at all times.

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.

A relationship builder with outstanding people management and problem solving capability.

Excellent communication skills, numeric and analytical skills.

Strong IT skills in relation to Microsoft office and business software packages.
