Operations Manager

Permanent, Full-time role based at our main offices in South Road, Stourbridge.

This role would suit an excellent communicator with Funeral experience along with business and people management skills and experience. The ideal candidate would have superb interpersonal skills and be dedicated to achieving a high level of client care. Applicants need to have skills of tact, diplomacy and empathy, be of smart appearance and be a driven business professional to enhance the already outstanding reputation of our business.

Key features of this role include:

• General staff management, HR and Health and safety. • Overseeing business improvements and implementing change management. • Involvement in staff reviews, welfare, bonus awards. • Promoting the business and supporting the business owner. • Arranging, organising and conducting funerals. • Out of hours cover as required.
